Prints
All our prints are produced to individual order, and use true photographic
printing processes, creating bright clear images. The white borders
and titles shown on the website are part of the print, and are included
within the stated sizes. Limited editions are then signed and numbered
by the photographer before delivery.
Payment
Payments are processed using 'Paypal®' - a highly secure payment
partner - and may be made with any common credit card.

Delivery
UK delivery charges are included in the price for each print. If you
want delivery outside the UK, please send us an email here
before ordering so we can find the appropriate service and cost for
you.
UK despatch will normally take place within 7 working days in reinforced
packaging, by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
All orders are individually inspected prior to despatch, so in the
unlikely event that a print is not to standard this may delay delivery.
In this case we will immediately advise you by email.
Returns
If a print is not to the expected standard, please get in touch here,
so we can authorise its return to us for inspection and replacement. Please retain the original packing for this purpose.
Limited Editions
We guarantee the size of each limited edition run. This is the total
number of prints available of any size, and once complete the image
will be retired from sale on the website, and elsewhere.
We do maintain a record of all our original purchasers, and their edition
numbers.
Other Sizes
We may be able to offer alternative sizes to those specified on the
website. Please contact us here with your requirements and we'll let
you know what we can do.
Privacy Statement
We don't collect any personal information from our customers other than address and specific order details.
Credit card information is hidden from us as part of the Paypal® secure process. Any email information recieved will not be passed on to any third parties, or used by us for marketing without your permission.
